Dan Jarman published 06/07/25:

“It was an honour to be invited to Hayling Ferry Sailing Club’s weekend summer event in memory of Clive Wright who we lost a year ago. Although the Gilkicker Rally was postponed yesterday due to strong wind, the scheduled racing today gave way to Clive’s memorial event and we had a fantastic sail up to Gilkicker Point in force 4-5 winds. All ten multihulls made it to a ceremonial area where we were each handed flowers from the support boats to scatter into the sea in Clive’s memory, who was sadly taken in his prime. Sail on Clive.”
